Viper Telescope Main Mirror Mockup-continued

When we attempted to place the wooden mock-up of the main mirror on the telescope base, the telescoping arms which attach the mirror to the frame did not fit. We figured that the reason for this was because the mounts on the main mirror (and therefore the mockup mounts, which were copied from it) were placed on the mirror in improper positions. Today, I set up the mounts to the mockup on the frame without the mirror mockup, placing them in the proper position, and then replaced them on the mockup in the correct orientation. We can now copy this orientation on the main mirror, which will give us the correct mounting system. We still need to check the mounting arms to make sure each pair is in the correct spot, since some are shorter than others.
